1. How do I use my BOOM Membership?
There are a wide variety of products and services available for you to save on, with your BOOM Membership – everything from new cars to health and wellness; food and beverage to home and auto insurance; oil changes to home décor; attractions to hotels and restaurants.
There are a number of ways to use your valid BOOM Membership to save:
In Person: Go to the participating location and show your valid BOOM card or, ask for the person, listed as the contact, on their BOOM Page. Yes, it’s that easy! (You can also show your card in the mobile app)
On the Phone: Call the Retailer at the number specified on the promotion page.
Online: Enter the online code found on the BOOM site/mobile app
To find out what each Retail Brand is offering and how to save, login to your Membership account through boomgroup.com or your mobile app and review the details.
2. What if I lose my Membership Card?
No problem! Did you download the BOOM Mobile app? With the mobile app, you can show your card at participating Retail Brands right in the app! You can also reach out to your company or organization contact and ask if they are able to replace your card. If you still have questions, please call us at 1-844-858-2666 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily help you.
3. What if the mobile app won’t work?
Technology doesn’t always work the way we want and we understand this can be frustrating.
If this happens to you, delete your app, restart your phone and re-download the app.
If you are still experiencing issues:
Call Apple Support or Android Help if other apps are not working properly as well. This could mean it is an iOS or Android issue. If this is the case, we would be happy to receive your feedback for future reference.
4. What if a Retail Brand doesn’t provide the discount
as seen on the BOOM website or mobile app?
While our Retailer Brands are happy to see you, occasionally, new employees at our Retailers may not be aware of the BOOM Program and what is offered. If this happens to you, please call us at 1-844-858-2666 or email email@example.com and we will happily help you.
5. What if my Membership has expired?
Without a valid BOOM Membership, your access to the BOOM site, mobile app and the savings and promotions offered by the BOOM Retailers will no longer be available to you.
Retailers will check to ensure your Membership has not expired and if it is not valid, they will not honour the promotion or discount. If this happens, please contact your company, union, or association contact and ask for a current Membership card. You can also call us at 1-844-858-2666 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to assist you.
6. How do I know if a certain store is a BOOM Retail Brand?
All participating BOOM Retail Brands are listed on our website. It is important to keep checking for new retailers as we regularly add to our growing list. However, if you don’t see a particular Retail Brand, don’t despair. It may be that they are in the process of changing up their offers and will show up again once their new offer is posted.
7. Does BOOM keep information on my expenditures?
No, BOOM does not track expenditures of any kind. Any enquiries or transactions, between you and a BOOM Retail Brand, are strictly private and confidential.
8. How do I get my favourite retailer onto BOOM?
Let us know which retailer you have in mind by sending an email to email@example.com.
It would also be great if you tell the retailer owner or manager about BOOM and that you would like them featured on the website.
